Tromsø's Arctic Cathedral

The Arctic Cathedral is located in Tromsø, Norway, and is above the Arctic Circle. It is one of the Northernmost churches in the world. I stopped outside the Arctic Cathedral after walking across the Tromsø Bridge on my way to the Fjellheisen Cable Car. The main reason I didn’t go inside was that I had so much warm clothing on as well as my winter boots. I still wanted to include it in this section as I thought it was one of the more unique churches I had seen.

The Arctic Cathedral was completed in 1965 with seating for around 600 people.
