About My Trips Around the World

The world has become my travelogue! Every continent has surprised me in amazing ways, from the ancient wonders of Asia to the charming cities and epic adventures of Europe.

In Asia, I felt the weight of history in Jerusalem, bobbed effortlessly in the Dead Sea’s buoyant waters, and was mesmerized by the futuristic skylines of Japan. Bullet trains whizzed me between neon-lit cities, and serene temples in Kyoto provided a welcome respite. Even a layover in Istanbul became an unforgettable adventure, thanks to the awe-inspiring Hagia Sophia. Every corner of Asia offered something new and unforgettable: the feeling of safety with a local guide in Israel, the mind-blowing explosion of flavors in Japanese cuisine, and the humbling experience of standing before the Hiroshima A-Bomb Dome, a stark reminder of the past.

Europe stole my heart with its iconic landmarks, breathtaking scenery, and historic cities that whispered tales of the past. I glided through the canals of Venice in a gondola, feeling like I’d stepped back in time. In Switzerland, I conquered the thrilling Charles Kuonen Suspension Bridge, my heart pounding with exhilaration. Each place offered a unique charm: Amsterdam’s artistic vibe, Barcelona’s infectious energy, and Munich’s blend of cultural immersion with unexpected delights like surfers riding the Eisbach River. Detours even became adventures, like my whirlwind exploration of Copenhagen during a layover.

My adventures extended beyond Europe. I hiked through the lush rainforests of Costa Rica and El Yunque National Forest, feeling the invigorating spray of waterfalls and the thrill of spotting exotic wildlife. Standing in awe of the engineering marvel of the Panama Canal and the Inca citadel of Machu Picchu bathed in the Andean sun left me speechless. Exploring ancient Mayan ruins in Mexico and learning about the rich history of El Morro Fort in Puerto Rico brought the past alive. In South America, the vibrant cities pulsed with life, while Africa’s majestic wildlife left me breathless on a safari through the Maasai Mara National Reserve.

From the bustling metropolises to the ancient ruins and breathtaking natural beauty, every corner of the world has surprised and delighted me. These incredible memories fuel my wanderlust, and I can’t wait to see what adventures the rest of the world has in store!

Europe stole my heart with its charming cities and epic adventures! From iconic landmarks like the Colosseum in Rome and St. Peter’s Basilica in Vatican City, to breathtaking scenery – Iceland’s glaciers and Croatia’s snow-covered Plitvice Lakes – I explored it all. Winter wonderlands in Croatia and Norway were magical escapes, while historic cities whispered tales of the past.

Each place offered something special: Amsterdam’s artistic vibe, Barcelona’s energy, and Munich’s blend of cultural immersion and unexpected delights, like surfers riding the Eisbach River! Even detours became adventures, like my whirlwind tour of Copenhagen during a layover.

From the gondolas in Venice to the funicular up Salzburg’s Hohensalzburg Fortress, Europe’s history unfolded around every corner. I marveled at Sagrada Familia’s unique design in Barcelona, conquered the thrilling Charles Kuonen Suspension Bridge in Switzerland, and even climbed the Warsaw Observation Tower for a breathtaking view. Andorra’s unique mix of charm, tax-free shopping, and mountain beauty left me wanting to explore more. This continent truly surprised me at every turn, leaving me with a collection of unforgettable memories.

My adventures across the Americas have been a mix vibrant cities, ancient wonders, and breathtaking landscapes. From the colorful streets of Old San Juan in Puerto Rico to the cascading beauty of Iguazu Falls on both the Brazilian and Argentinian sides, each destination offered something unique.

I hiked through the lush rainforests of Costa Rica and El Yunque National Forest, marveled at the engineering marvel of the Panama Canal, and stood in awe of the Inca citadel of Machu Picchu bathed in the Andean sun. Exploring ancient Mayan ruins in Mexico and learning about the rich history of El Morro Fort in Puerto Rico brought the past alive.

Whether it was running down dunes in the Atacama Desert or getting caught up in a protest in Santiago, Chile, each adventure was unforgettable and left me wanting to explore more.

Although I have only made one trip to the African continent, I was able to visit a few of the continent’s most famous places. I began my African trip in Morocco, where I explored the coastal city of Casablanca before taking the train to Marrakech. After spending a few nights in the Medina, I ventured through the High Atlas Mountains into the vast Sahara Desert. A two-day tour included spending a night at a Berber Camp in the Sahara.

From Morocco, I flew to Kenya, where I went on a three-day safari to Maasai Mara National Reserve. I spent two nights in tent camps while spending every minute of my free time observing the majestic African animals, including the “Big Five.” Toward the end of my trip, I even was able to visit a Maasai Village and take place in a ceremonial dance.

Finally, I flew to Cairo and spent the last few days of my African adventure touring the wonders of Egypt. I began with a day tour of Luxor. A highlight was definitely the Valley of the Kings. It was surreal to be walking through the tombs of Egyptian royalty. Following Luxor, I spent my last day visiting the Pyramids of Giza and the lesser-known Pyramids of Saqqara and Dashur.

I hope to one day return to the African continent as I know there is much more to see.

I embarked on an epic adventure across Australia and New Zealand. In Australia, I explored vibrant cities like Sydney and Melbourne, marveling at iconic landmarks and soaking up the urban energy. Beyond the metropolises, I ventured into the rugged wilderness, witnessing the awe-inspiring beauty of the Great Ocean Road, the West MacDonnell Ranges, and Uluru. A visit to Featherdale Wildlife Park brought me face-to-face with Australia’s fascinating wildlife.

New Zealand presented a beautiful contrast. While a lengthy customs check slowed my arrival in Queenstown, the stunning scenery and exceptional service at the Hilton Resort and Spa quickly made up for it. I explored Queenstown by gondola, indulging in breathtaking views and shopping for unique souvenirs. The delicious food at Flame Bar and Grill left me wanting more, and a visit to the Sky Tower in Auckland offered panoramic vistas of the city. New Zealand’s blend of relaxation, adventure, and delectable cuisine made it a truly unforgettable journey.
