About My Trip to Luxembourg
I took a day trip to Luxembourg City to explore its top attractions. After an early train ride, I started at the Adolphe Bridge, admiring views of the Pétrusse Valley, before heading to Place de la Constitution to see the Gëlle Fra monument. I wandered through the festive holiday markets at Place Guillaume II and Place d’Armes, soaking in the lively atmosphere.
One of the highlights was exploring the Bock Promontory and Casemates, where I enjoyed breathtaking views of the Alzette River Valley and the city’s historic fortifications. I then ventured down to The Grund, a picturesque riverside district, before taking in one last panoramic view from the Glass Elevator.
My final stop was the Grand Ducal Palace, the official residence of the Grand Duke, before catching my train back to Brussels. In just one day, I experienced the charm, history, and scenic beauty of Luxembourg City, making it a truly unforgettable trip!
