Europlaza Hotel Buenos Aires

Europlaza Hotel and Suites - Buenos Aires, Argentina - Information

There are hundreds of hotels in Buenos Aires priced anywhere from $30 per night to $300 per night. I chose to go fairly economical for this trip and chose the Europlaza Hotel and Suites mainly because of its price. The cost of their premium suite was $83 per night.

The total cost of my room at the Europlaza Hotel and Suites was $233 for three nights.  In addition to having a great price, the location was good as well. To access the hotel via public transportation, take “Line B” (Red) to either Calleo or Uruguay. From either of those stations, the hotel is a five to ten-minute walk.

The Room - Europlaza Hotel and Suites - Buenos Aires, Argentina

My room at the Europlaza Hotel and Suites was classified as a suite, but I’d use that word very loosely. In reality, the room was a basic room with a full bed. The only added amenities were a small refrigerator and a whirlpool jacuzzi that did not seem to work.

I still felt the room had good value even though it was disappointing as a suite. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the air conditioning worked exceptionally well. There were a few times at night when I was too cold and had to get up and turn the AC unit down.

The room also had a desk that served as a good workspace and plenty of room to hang clothes. Other room amenities included, the mini-fridge which was full of snacks and drinks and television that had about 75 channels which were all in Spanish.

Europlaza Hotel and Suites - Buenos Aires, Argentina - Breakfast

Breakfast was served from 7:00 to 10:30 in a room located in between floors three and four. The breakfast consisted of cereals, pastries, cakes, and cold cuts.

Europlaza Hotel and Suites - Buenos Aires, Argentina - Conclusions

I thought the Europlaza hotel provided excellent accommodations, especially for a solo traveler. If I was part of a couple, the bed would have been too small. Throughout my stay, the staff was helpful and patient with my broken Spanish. My only complaint was the early checkout time of 10:00 am. Thankfully, the hotel did have a place for me to store my bag.
